I’m Bonnie, The Anxiety Avenger™

Greetings, My Friend! I am living proof that debilitating anxiety does not have to rule your life. You can learn to manage your stressors and enjoy your life and work by harnessing the energies of nature, clearing your energy blocks, and creating a more positive daily experience.

As a young adult, I was diagnosed with two debilitating anxiety disorders - panic disorder and agoraphobia. I know what it feels like to not know what I feel. To be unable to describe my emotions, much less manage them, or engage in normal activities. I know the coding we receive from life’s crazymakers can separate us from others and from positive relationships and life experiences.

Since 2005, I have been a psychotherapist in private practice in Colorado. Today I am an author, educational consultant, international speaker, and transformational coach - I write, speak, and coach others toward peace of mind. My goal is to reach many more people in need of understanding, support, and a path out of crippling anxiety. Taking everything I’ve learned since my own first connection with a therapist, and all of the challenges I’ve chosen to fight my way through, I’ve created a path that you can follow to calm your chaos.
