Both are powerful healing tools. And depending on where you are on your journey, they can be used separately or in combination.

COACHING

Though executive and business coaching is often seen mainly as goal-oriented, transformational coaching focuses on providing support, guidance, and accountability for clients ready to grow toward the best version of themselves. Beyond talk and incremental measures, transformational coaching methods and energy flow practices help shift mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors regarding lifestyle, career, and relationships.

I offer transformational coaching as outlined above. Within a Humanistic* framework, I affirm with clients that they have the right and responsibility to give meaning and shape to their own lives. *(Humanism is a philosophy of those in love with life. Humanists take responsibility for their own lives and relish the adventure of being part of new discoveries, seeking new knowledge, and exploring new options).

Group coaching meets twice/month on a live call with Bonnie and clients are encouraged to email twice a month with questions that can be addressed on the next call.
Individual coaching meets as determined by client and Bonnie, according to specific goals/needs.
THERAPY

Psychotherapy treats diagnosable mental health conditions - anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, personality disorders, and more. Its scope encompasses affect and belief systems that go wider and deeper than is appropriate for coaching. Therapists treat trauma, support healing of past wounding, and help clients process emotions to discover why we feel the way we do.

Through In-person sessions and Teletherapy Beyond Talk™, I incorporate several evidence-based and alternative therapeutic modalities. These include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EFT Tapping (therapeutic level), Wildlife Imagery® and Jin Shin Jyutsu energy holds.

Anyone who is struggling with a diagnosable mental health condition such as generalized or social anxiety, obsessions/compulsions, personality disorders, or phobias that disrupt their overall daily function. The anxiety resulting from any of these conditions and the traumas that may have caused them can be eased.
